Letters of Love
Where do I begin? I miss you so much. I'm so glad I had the chance to talk to you before you died.
Now you are an angel living with your Jesus. When I think of you being gone, sometimes I can't even catch my breath.
My heart aches and I long to hear your voice, to feel your arms around me. Your smile was so beautiful. You were
always happy and joyful no matter what was going on in your life. You had such courage and faith! You were an
amazing and beautiful woman. Oh, Mom! I love you! I miss you! I can't wait to be reunited with you
in heaven. I know that you will greet me when it is my turn to come home. Until then I will think of you, dream
of you and keep my memories of you always in my heart...
Megan has always been a great fishergirl! In earlier days on our Lake when we lived in Elk River.
Here I am pictured below while fishing on Coon Lake in Minnesota. I think that I caught the smallest fish
ever on record. Yes, that is a little perch I hooked, not my bait!

Dad
Thank you for being my dad. I love you with all my heart. I appreciate everything you have done for me during
these past months and during my life. I will continue to update this column and add memories of you, letters to you,
and to let you know how much I care.
Dad and I pose in my backyard during his visit here. He stayed with us for almost a week. It was good to
see him again. I get so homesick sometimes...
My sister, Julie and her husband Dave drove from Tampa to visit with Dad.
Megan caught the biggest large mouth bass on the Sunday during dad's stay. Everyone decided to get into
the act and grabbed a pole...
